If you possess a natural aptitude for singing and a genuine love for music, Brenda can teach you how to sing ~ regardless of your level of formal music education (sight-reading NOT required!). For each student, she develops a program of study and vocal theory appropriate to the individual’s level of music knowledge, experience – and interests. Learn in a patient, relaxed and fun environment.
FUNDAMENTALS: Breathing, Strengthening Exercises, Dynamics, Diction, Listening Skills, Repertoire Selection, Care of the Voice, Confidence-building, Stage Presence, Microphone Technique
MUSICAL STYLES: Jazz, Blues, R&B, Soul-Gospel, Folk, Country, Rock, Pop, Country Blues, Bluegrass-Old Tyme, Celtic
CHILDREN and ADULTS
From children (pre-teens and teens) who already display a true love for singing - to teens
